FixAll Africa, the innovative company behind the FixAll App, has announced a strategic collaboration with the Nigeria Automobile Technician Association (NATA). The partnership is set to onboard skilled and vetted mechanics from NATA onto the FixAll App platform, ensuring customers receive top-notch, reliable service from certified professionals.
The collaboration was formalised on May 23, 2024, during the Lagos State Government Zonal Meeting of NATA.
Representatives from FixAll Africa were present to officially welcome NATA mechanics to the FixAll App community. This significant event marks a milestone in FixAll Africa’s mission to connect artisans with customers seamlessly and efficiently.
“We are thrilled to partner with NATA to provide our customers with reliable, high-quality automotive services,” said a FixAll Africa representative. “By integrating NATA’s skilled mechanics into our platform, we ensure that every service request is handled by a vetted professional, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.”
During the meeting, NATA members were introduced to FixAll App’s functionalities, emphasizing the importance of customer service and safety measures. This collaboration not only aims to enhance artisans’ earnings by giving NATA mechanics access to a broader customer base but also reinforces FixAllApp’s commitment to safety and reliability.
Chairman of NATA Lagos, Comrade Moruf Egberongbe, attended the event along with all the NATA executives. “The FixAll App is a game-changer for our members,” said Egberongbe. “It will help our technicians attract more customers and increase their earnings. We are excited about this partnership and look forward to a fruitful collaboration.”
