Funke Akindele shared the image on her Instagram reels, acknowledging the death of the actress, with the caption “You are in a better place now my sister”.
Aderounmu starred in various films includes “Arugba,” produced by Tunde Kelani in 2008, starring alongside Bukky Wright, Bukola Awoyemi, and Segun Adefila. Also famed for playing the role of Esther, in Jenifer’s Diary.
She also worked on movie projects like Alakada 2 and Wings of My Dreams, among others.
