Glitz, glam as De-Zenith Club holds convention

Curated to uplift members and unlock potential, the De-Zenith Club has continued to grow in leaps and bounds with its charitable project touching humanity deeply.
  
During its yearly convention which took place recently, the President of the Club, Abayomi Samson, said since inception, the aim of the club to bring people of diverse races together with a common goal of combining forces, potential, platform, strength and comparative advantages as a launchpad and veritable tools to support members and thereby, uplift humanity.
  

Samson said: “De-Zenith Club has members across the globe. We have members in the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Ireland and Poland. Meetings are held via Zoom and we converge physically once a year for our convention and end-of-the-year party as this strengthens bonds among members and also creates more business opportunities.”
  
He continued: “The Club’s 2024 budget will be sponsoring the education of less privileged children whose parents are financially handicapped. The beneficiary’s selection process will be devoid of favouritism and nepotism.”
  
Samson however urged the Nigerian government to prioritise an all-encompassing policy that is viable and people-oriented as this will take care of the economy and go a long way to put an end to reliance on government palliative to survive.
  
The club’s Senate President, Prince Adebisi Odeyale, said the act of giving comes from the heart and if everybody can share that common goal, society will be a better place. “You don’t need to have a whole lot to make an impact, just a little goes a long way and that is what we try to preach to our members and people outside. I strongly encourage the society to try and make it a habit to help one another however little.”
