‘Hang in there’ – Ngelale says Tinubu sleeps late working for Nigeria

Ajuri Ngelale

The spokesperson for President Bola Tinubu, Ajuri Ngelale, urged the nation to “hang in there” and pleaded for patience amidst the ongoing economic crises.

Ngelale revealed that the president goes to bed at 2-3 am every single night, including Sundays and wakes up at 7 a.m. every single morning.

He said that President Tinubu is a workaholic and he’s doing it all to build a country that is reflective of a progressive, advanced, developed and prosperous society, the same way he had that is envisioned for Lagos.

“I’m working with a man who I can personally vouch for, in the sense that I know that he’s going to bed at 2-3 a.m. every single night, including Sundays,” Ngelale said during a pre-recorded interview session WithChude released on Thursday.

“He’s waking up at 7 am every single morning, including Sunday’s opening his files, working into the late night when no one’s there.”

The spokesperson noted that his words were not just part of his job but a reflection of his genuine belief in President Tinubu’s dedication.

“This is not me, a spokesman, getting his salary by doing the job. I’m speaking to you from the soul of a Nigerian blood. This is me telling you what I see,” he stated.

Expressing hope for public support, Ngelale said, “I’m hoping that Nigerians will give him the support he needs.”
