The planter of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide, Prophet Sam Olu Alo has commiserated with the people of and government of Oyo state over the recent explosion incident which claimed some lives, injured scores of people, and destroyed properties in Ibadan.


This is just as one of Nigeria’s foremost indigenous radio stations, “Adamimogo” FM radio commenced its operation in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

The new radio station, situated in the Mokola area of Ibadan, with the frequency 105.1FM, started on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, with a test transmission that is expected to run for a couple of weeks.

The test transmission is designed to help the new FM station ascertain its reach and to know and modify its service to the already excited audience.


Adamimogo 105.1FM owned by prophet Olu-Alo is expressly set and positioned to be a voice of light to Ibadan and its environs while fulfilling its mandate of educating entertaining and informing the people as a contemporary radio station.

Prophet Olu-Alo was at the new station’s site to offer his blessings and prophetic prayers.

Aside from the newly inaugurated Ibadan station, Adamimogo FM radio was first established in the Lekki area of Lagos while Ekiti station is underway.

Reacting to the incident, Prophet Olu Alo who sympathised with the families of the victims and those who suffered losses described the incident as worrisome.


“The explosion in a peaceful and populated ancient city like Ibadan is terrifying. It is more worrisome that it happened at a time when the government is tackling various security issues and threats to lives and property,” he said.

“My heart goes out to the people of Ibadan, especially the victims and their families over their avoidable losses.”

The renowned cleric commiserated with the Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde and the people of the state over Tuesday’s massive explosion in Ibadan, the state capital.

Prophet Olu Alo in a statement by his media aide Deji Ogunbusuyi also commiserated with families of victims of the explosion and those whose properties were damaged.


The cleric who commended Governor Makinde for the swift manner he responded to the incidents urged law enforcement agencies in the state to get to the root of the matter and bring the culprits to justice.

“The Adamimogo 105. 1 FM Radio in Ibadan and Adamimogo Worldwide commiserate with the Governor Makinde and people of Oyo State, especially victims of the explosion.

“It is regrettable that while the government is busy making concerted efforts to ensure progress and development, some individuals, through their nefarious activities, have wreak havoc and caused pains for fellow citizens.”

Prophet Olu Alo urged Governor Makinde not to be discouraged or distracted by the development.
