“We are grateful to the president, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu for making the right choice to address the issues affecting the Niger-delta region. We are involved in the promotion and protection of women and children in the creek of Niger-delta and beyond in the past 20 years, so we know those with patriotic spirit that cannot disappoint Mr. President when given the opportunity to serve.”

The women group further stated that historically Otuaro was present at the Inauguration of the association 20 years ago at Torugbene Town, Delta State aside assisting the group to carry out deworming of several children that are suffering from oil and gas pollution in the creek.
