Islamic scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, has announced the death of his mother, which occurred yesterday by 5.30p.m.
The Guardian gathered preparations were on top gear for the burial of the deceased at Unguwar Sarki Muslim cemetery, Kaduna State.
The cleric stated on his verified Facebook handle: “Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun. Today at 5.30p.m., with a sad heart, I announce the death of my dear mother. Please seek Allah’s forgiveness and mercy for her.”
