According to the wealth management firm whose foundational philosophy is to protect, grow, enhance, and optimize wealth, the Head of Brand Management/CSR and Sponsorships will have responsibility to ensure conformity and consistency in all marketing communication and identity manifestation which will be a reflection of its corporate persona. The duties and responsibilities include working with approved advertising agency, ensure that the company’s advertising generates top of mind awareness; ensure that all branches and locations depict approved symbols and signs that comply with the image and corporate identity; ensure that all company identity documents and items are in conformity with brand standards and that the standard logo is homogeneously used at all times nation-wide; develop the company’s social responsibility policies, framework and activity plan in conjunction with the Group Head; and Liaise with Key Community Stakeholders at all CSR project locations.

The Head of Media Relations and Internal Communications, the company stated, will be responsible for activities to develop and implement media/external relations strategies and manage the interface with the media, and will have responsibility to establish beneficial contact with media houses in support of the company’s corporate goals and objectives; review draft articles, conference papers, speeches prepared for publication, press briefings, conferences and other related events; ensure the adequacy of media coverage at the company’s internal and external activities; and participate in conflict resolution process to appropriately project the company’s corporate image


The required Head of Digital Marketing for the wealth management firm which also has footprints beyond Nigeria, will have responsibility to use digital marketing channels and activities – creative design; content creation and management; marketing automation; customer and campaign analytics; web, search, email, social, and mobile marketing – to extend the brand and products’ reach. The candidate will also have responsibility to upload information on the websites and social media platforms on a regular basis; monitor and review periodic postings of information, events, corporate relations, social responsibility projects on the web site; ensure presentation of a consistent visual image on company’s websites, and social media platforms, by promoting uniform fonts, formatting icons, images, layout techniques, and modularization; and collaborate with Brand Management staff on design and layout issues to facilitate web publishing.

The company also stated that the ideal candidates that it requires must possess good Honours degree from a recognized university in social sciences, Arts, Humanities, or other relevant fields. Candidates must have cumulative experience of more than 8 years’ experience in similar or related capacity, with demonstrable track record of credible performance. Candidates should have the drive to work independently on a wide range of their department’s issues.

With regards to experience, the Head of Brand Management/CSR & Sponsorships should have relevant experience working for a Marketing Communications Agency or large corporate; the Head of Media Relations/Internal Communicationsshould be exceptionally strong in oral and written communication, with relevant experience working in the media and/or PR Consultancy; while the Head of Digital marketing should have relevant experience working for a digital or IT firm, a marketing communications firm, or a structured organization. He or she should also havefamiliarity with a variety of web application packages and Google certification.
