A$AP Rocky Released On Bail At $550,000

A$AP Rocky has been released from jail on a set bail of $550,000.

He was released from Los Angeles jail three hours after his arrest at the Los Angeles International Airport.

A$AP Rocky after his arrest and booking requested the presence of his lawyers.

The rapper was seen wearing a black and white outfit and sneakers as he left Los Angeles jail.

The rapper was picked up on his arrival from Barbados with his girlfriend Rihanna over an alleged shooting that took place in November according to a police statement.

His arrest comes after a man in collaboration with LAPD alleged that A$AP Rocky shot him three or four times around Selma and Argyle Avenues after a disagreement on November 6th, 2021.

In a statement, LAPD noted that officers ‘worked diligently’ to ascertain what happened in the November 2021 shooting, leaving the victim involved with grazes from the bullet.

Sources say that A$AP Rocky faces a considerable one year jail time, a $1,000 fine and misdemeanour probation, per California Penal Code if he is convicted of the charges.

He also faces four years in state prison, fined up to $10,000 and has mandatory probation if he gets a felony assault with a deadly weapon.
A$AP Rocky was arrested by the police with the assistance of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

On his release, A$AP Rocky is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 17.

The LAPD issued a search warrant to search the home of the rapper for a thorough investigation into the case. Officers were spotted outside and inside of his LA home after presenting a search warrant to his team.

Since then officers have been spotted leaving the house with boxes as evidence.

Rihanna’s location since the arrest and release of her boyfriend is not known.
