A$AP Rocky’s Former Member Sues Rapper Over Shooting

The shooting that allegedly resulted in A$AP  Rocky’s arrest is now the subject of a lawsuit. Moreover, the man claiming to be the victim was a previous associate of the rapper’s crew.

Terell Ephron, a former A$AP Mob member who went by the name “A$AP Relli,” is suing Rocky for assault and battery.

The incident allegedly occurred on November 6 in Hollywood, where Ephron claims Rocky arranged up a meeting and started a verbal altercation that resulted in gunfire, according to the lawsuit acquired by a media source.

According to the documents, Ephron claims that during the argument, Rocky pulled out a revolver, pointed it at him, and fired it. shooting repeatedly, hitting Ephron with bullet fragments. Ephron alleges that he needed medical attention for hand injuries.

Recall that  A$AP was detained by police at LAX in April as they waited for him to disembark from his private flight from Barbados before escorting him in handcuffs.

Rocky was detained for a dangerous weapon assault. The police said it was related to the incident on November 6, during which the accused victim claimed Rocky fired several shots at him, at least one of which glanced off his palm. Rocky knew the suspected victim, according to the police.

The A$AP Mob and Relli have a history of animosity. Relli allegedly ratted on Rocky, according to A$AP Bari, which resulted in the arrest.

In April, when we initially reported that police had video of the alleged shooting in their possession, LAPD sources told us that a significant chunk of the shooting incident was captured on camera. Relli now maintains that this is true.

Rocky is being sued by Ephron for damages. He claims that the shooting has left him in emotional anguish and that he is missing out on business.
