ABC Reporter’s Amy Robach And T.J. Holmes’ Relationship Under Review

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ relationship is being investigated further by ABC to ensure that the ‘GMA3’ co-anchors haven’t broken any rules during their whirlwind romance.
TMZ reports that the legal and human resources divisions of ABC are collaborating to investigate every facet of the famous coworkers’ relationship. To determine whether Amy and T.J. violated their contracts in any way, such as by meeting for a romantic relationship while using company resources like vehicles or drivers, or by pressuring coworkers to keep their relationship private.
The publication also stated that other staff members had expressed displeasure at ABC News’ President Kim Godwin’s comments on Monday morning’s editorial call. Godwin had said the couple did not violate company policies, which could not be determined as the network hadn’t yet taken a closer look.
The review took a serious turn last Friday after news broke of an alleged affair T.J. had with a former ‘GMA’ producer years ago.
After Godwin referred to the incident as a “internal and external distraction,” Amy and T.J. were pulled off the air on Monday.
News of the duo’s relationship broke last week, after Daily Mail reported the two anchors have secretly engaged in a months-long romance, publishing photos of the pair together.
The coupled were photographed on dates in New York City in pictures and videos that were obtained by Page Six and the Daily Mail.
Both stars are married, T.J. to lawyer Marilee Fiebig and Amy to actor Andrew Shue.
