Miss Nigeria receives luxury car as auto firm affirms support for women’s empowerment

Mikano Motors has presented a brand new luxury car Changan Eado Plus to Doris Ogah, the newly crowned 45th Miss Nigeria.

The handing over of the luxury sedan officially marks the beginning of the partnership between Mikano Motors and the iconic Miss Nigeria pageant, which exemplifies Nigerian women’s beauty, strength, and resilience.

The Eado Plus, known for its stylish design and advanced features, symbolizes the values of innovation and excellence that are synonymous with the Changan brand, an ideal match for the current Miss Nigeria.

Omar Karameh, the Group Executive Director of Mikano International Limited, expressed his excitement about presenting the Eado Plus to Ogah, who embodies the spirit of Miss Nigeria.

“This initiative is not just about the car; it is about recognizing the iconic symbolism of the Miss Nigeria pageant, from its beginnings in 1957, as a photo contest to what we have now, a pageant that has produced ladies who have made impacts in various professional fields and with credible accomplishments,” Karameh explained.

Rita Dominic Anosike, Legendary Nollywood queen and Chairman of the Miss Nigeria board shared her insights into reviving the Miss Nigeria franchise.

“Reviving the Miss Nigeria franchise has never just been about a pageant—it’s about building a platform that celebrates the brilliance, ambition, and cultural pride of the Nigerian woman,” she said.
