It is diss season as we have seen some of Nigeria’s finest music stars release diss tracks. From M.I Abaga, Blaqbonez to Vector, there have been enough diss songs making the rounds.
Wading in on the diss tide is none other than veteran Nigerian singer and leader of the defunct music group Plantashun Boiz.
Blackface is joining in on the diss with a track he titles “Giddem” and the song is aimed at the Chairman, MI Abaga as well as one time Guardian Life cover subject and self-acclaimed best rapper in Africa, Blaqbonez. For ‘Giddem’, Blackface enlists the help of Freedom to slam and drop shots at the Chocolate City rappers.
We are unsure why Blackface is dissing the duo but we are sure that we will soon find that out However, word on the street is that Blackface is blowing hot because he says M.I wants war for him to have sent Blaqbonez to him on a song and he is ready to give him.
On ‘Giddem’ Blackface brags about his music and the amount of records he has put out so far. He goes on to call M.I and Blaqbonez kids to his stage name who can never get close to his status. Ripping into their careers, Blackface is of the opinion that their lyrics are wack without any punchline that can hit him.
