Chris Brown has taken to Instagram to defend his meet and greet packages after their alleged $1,000 price tag caused a stir on social media.

Breezy used his Instagram Stories to criticize other musicians for not making the effort to meet their fans and to defend his use of VIP passes and the style of images he takes with them on Monday, August 1.

“PSA!!! WHEN ARTIST (EVERYONE) DO CONCERTS, they all have something called a VIP PACKAGE,” he said. “I HAVENT DONE MEET AND GREETS IN OVER 7 YEARS… I HAVE THE COOLEST FANS ON THE PLANET .. I APPRECIATE THE FUCK OUTTA THEM. THESE ARE MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST WITH THEM FOREVER.”

He continued: “UNLIKE MOST OF THESE LAME ASS ARTIST THAT WONT MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH THE PEOPLE WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE TO EVEN HAVE A CAREER. I ONLY EXIST BECAUSE THESE FANS SAW SOMETHING IN ME I NEVER THOUGHT WAS POSSIBLE.. SO IMA GO ALL OUT FOR MY FANS !!!!”

Chris Brown and Lil Baby are on their One of Them Ones Tour across North America, with further gigs scheduled for Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and other locations.

The singer recently released his new album “Breezy” which debuted at No 5 on the Billboard top 100.
