Renowned Nigerian comedian Ushbebe is bringing his acclaimed comedy showcase, Yadadi 27, to Abuja on August 3, 2025, with a bold new twist. Dubbed the “National Assembly Edition,” the live concert will spotlight not only entertainment but also a satirical review of legislative performance in Nigeria.

“This isn’t just comedy—it’s commentary,” Ushbebe said in anticipation of the event. “We laugh, but we also reflect. The National Assembly is for the people, and we’re bringing their story to the stage.”

Marking the twenty-seventh instalment of his Ushbebe Live series, the show promises another round of high-energy performances from top comedians and musicians across the country. Previous editions in Abuja have consistently drawn packed houses, with audiences applauding Ushbebe’s blend of humour and social relevance.

Known for his quick wit and irreverent style, Ushbebe aims to turn the spotlight on political figures and national issues through satire. “Comedy is a powerful lens,” he added. “We’ll have the crowd laughing, but there’s always a message in the madness.”

Organisers say the event is set to deliver a full night of laughter, music, and moments that resonate. Residents of Abuja are encouraged to secure their tickets early, as the show is expected to sell out.

With politics and punchlines on the menu, Yadadi 27 is shaping up to be one of the year’s most anticipated comedy nights.
