Falz the Bad Guy, the renowned Nigerian rapper and activist, has revealed the winners of the ‘Mr Yakubu Challenge’.

In March, Falz and Vector, his colleague, released a song titled ‘Mr Yakubu’ named after the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commissio

n (INEC) to express their views on the 2023 elections.

The song sparked the MrYakubuChallenge, which saw numerous Nigerians, including celebrities, showcase their singing abilities by singing their favourite verses.

Falz had previously stated that he would team up with Vector to release an extended remix of ‘Mr Yakubu’, and that the top three entries would feature in his upcoming project.

On Saturday, he declared the winners on his Instagram page, noting that the challengers’ abilities surpassed his expectations. Therefore, the number of winners was raised to 10.

Falz stated that all winners would appear on the extended remix of ‘Mr Yakubu’, which will be featured on the Falz x VEC collaboration project dropping soon.
