On Monday Paramount announced release dates of four new movies including a third instalment of the G.I Joe franchise.

All the movies are a product of their recently expanded deal with toy making company Hasbro. The two companies have already collaborated on two G.I Joe movies and five Transformers movies (and counting). The new G.I Joe movie is set to be released on March 27th, 2020 which is about seven years after the second movie G.I Joe Retaliation.
Also present in their 2020 lineup is Micronauts, a film adaptation of the ’70s science-fiction toy line to be released on Oct. 16. Dungeons & Dragons is set to be released on July 23rd, 2021 and an untitled Paramount/Hasbro event film on Oct. 1 of the same year.
