In the movie, Foy intensifies her role as Salander. It focuses on the characters Lisbeth Salander (Claire Foy) and Mikael Blomkvist (Daniel Craig). Written by David Lagercrantz, The Girl in The Spider’s Web could be described as a full action thriller from start to finish. Despite the action, the producers didn’t forget to add some emotions considering the last five scenes where Salander met with her sister before she jumped off the cliff.

This is the first novel in the series not authored by the series’ creator and author of the first three millennium books, Stieg Larsson, who died of a heart attack in 2004.Although a sequel to The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, the movie is worth the hype.
