The 78th Golden Globe Awards took place on February 28, 2021, nearly two months later than normal, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The biggest winners at the award were “The Crown”, “Nomadland” and “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm.”

The late Chadwick Boseman won his first Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama for his role in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.
