The rapper released the 19-track record with a 50 minutes playtime on Friday.

Gunna unveiled DS4EVER’s cover art designed by Daniel Arsham on Tuesday and the album’s tracklist on Wednesday.

Describing his experience working with Gunna as incredibly meaningful, Arsham said, “I’ve been a fan of Gunna’s music for quite some time and was pleased when he reached out to me a number of months ago through DM with questions about my work.”

“He was very curious about how some of the pieces that I create are made. He was intrigued about the crystal materials I use and the idea of time travel and the future, present within the works. We connected in person a few times, and at some point, he asked if I wanted to work on the DS4 album cover with him,” he continued.

Before releasing DS4EVER, Gunna and Freddie Gibbs went at it on Twitter after the Gunna wrote that “Freddie Gibbs will the biggest moment of his career” when the album drops.

Laughing it off, Gibbs responded with a kiss emoji and tweets at the YSL rapper, mentioning Wunna’s appearance on Crime Stoppers, his upcoming album SSS. Gibbs also revealed that he loves Gunna’s music and thinks “he one of the best making music so to be recognized by one of the best is a blessing.”
