Kanye West is back in the news for something that does not relate to the outrage over his comment on slavery being a choice.

The Donald Trump supporter has been on a tweeting spree as he is set to feature two forthcoming albums, sharing motivational statements and also revealing that he had let go of someone from his YEEZY outfit.

Apparently, the recently-hired YEEZY designer tried to take credit for work that was not theirs, eventually resulting in his immediate removal from the company following West’s tweet.

West wrote,

“Today I learned that a newly hired designer on the Yeezy team presented work that was not of their own. This person has immediately been let go from the Yeezy brand.”

“In a moment of inspiration, energy and excitement I had posted this sketch and would like to acknowledge the true creator of this amazing work, Tony Spackman.”

The rapper turned prolific designer teased a first look at the second version of the 700 sneakers, which is called the YEEZY 700 V2. He made the announcement on Twitter, saying, “I love the 700 V2s.”

The new shoes look like a mix of the Boost 500 (also referred to as the Desert Rat) and the Boost 700 (known as the Wave Runner) silhouettes.

It resembles the Boost 500 “Blush” version with beige colour, featuring what looks like suede and mesh details with white lacing, and is finished off with the signature branding.

The shoes follow the chunky sneaker trend, which became big in 2017, eventually dominating as the biggest footwear trend of the year.

How do you feel about this latest design from Kanye?
