This summer, if you’re tired of doing the same old things every now and then, here are a few other things to try out in your spare time.
- Pick a room or piece of furniture to paint and go find some paint samples. Be a little more ambitious and start painting.
- Play bartender and make a popular (or newly invented) mixed drink. You never know where your true talent lays.
- Go out and treat yourself to something special. It could be lunch or a movie or something you’ve missed due to busy schedule. Take a friend or two who you’re really close to. Oh! Thrift shopping is something to try out too.
- Make memories you would want to reminisce on much later. Get on the ‘fitfam’ trend even for just a day and do a workout video together with some friends.
- Start a memory book or photo album. I know my friend sold this idea to me a while back and it sounded really cool. You can make photo albums of what your dream house should look like and more.
- It might not be your thing and it could be something else too. Dream up a future event or something together with your friends or family, and make plans to take action! It could be your wedding, a marathon, a barbecue or just whatever you might be interested in doing together with close allies.
