American entrepreneur and real estate investor Mansa Musa Sangarie, popularly known as Mansa the Investor, has visited Ghana as part of a wider programme of youth and community-focused activities across Africa.

Sangarie arrived in Ghana on August 22, 2026, following a period in Nigeria, where he has business and real estate interests.

During the visit, he participated in activities involving sports, entertainment and community outreach, bringing him into contact with young people and other members of local communities.

The programme included a sports competition supported by Sangarie and entertainment activities involving young participants.

According to his team, the activities were designed to encourage greater youth participation in sports and other productive pursuits while providing opportunities for community engagement.

Sangarie also distributed gift items during the outreach component of the visit.

In Accra, he visited a Shoprite outlet, where his team said he paid for purchases made by some shoppers during his visit.

Sangarie was accompanied by members of his team and associates, including Humble Soul and Aba Dope.

The Ghana visit forms part of what his team describes as a broader youth-focused initiative expected to cover 12 African countries through activities centred on sports, entertainment and community engagement.

According to the organisers, the initiative is intended to encourage young Africans to pursue opportunities for personal and professional development while using sports and entertainment as channels for engagement.

The programme also reflects Sangarie’s growing involvement on the continent, particularly in Nigeria and other West African markets.

Known professionally as Mansa the Investor, Sangarie has developed a public profile around entrepreneurship, real estate investment and philanthropy.

His team said the Ghana programme represents one stage of the wider African initiative, with activities expected to extend to other countries as the project progresses.
