Award-winning gospel music minister, songwriter, producer and sailor, Enitan Ayodele Julius, popularly known as Enny Julius, has attributed lasting success in the music industry to strategic planning, consistency and the support of a dedicated team, saying talent alone is not enough to build a successful music career.
Reflecting on his journey in the entertainment industry, Enny Julius said every successful artiste must recognise the importance of having committed professionals working behind the scenes to help transform dreams into reality. The singer explained that many people focus only on the artist, overlooking the invaluable contributions of managers, producers, publicists, sound engineers and other professionals who work tirelessly to ensure every project achieves the desired impact. He stressed that a formidable team remains one of the greatest assets any artiste can have.
According to the US-based singer, genuine team members are often driven by passion and belief in the vision rather than financial rewards alone. They serve as the first ambassadors of an artiste’s brand, ensuring quality music production, effective promotion and a positive public image. Their commitment, he noted, plays a significant role in sustaining relevance in an increasingly competitive music industry.
Over the years, Enny Julius has steadily built a reputation for producing inspirational music that combines different musical influences into a distinctive rock and fusion sound. His style has earned him recognition among gospel music lovers within and outside Nigeria.
Since beginning his professional music career in 2005, he has released a catalogue of songs that have continued to resonate with audiences across different age groups. Following the deluxe edition of Here & Now in 2023, the gospel artiste sustained his creative momentum by releasing another praise single as well as a cover featuring internationally acclaimed gospel singer Tasha Cobbs in November 2024. The releases further expanded his audience and reinforced his reputation for delivering quality music. He informed that he will unveil his new single Take Your Stand later this month.
