International Reggae musician, Victor Essiet, popularly called The Mandators, would host this year’s edition of Africa Meets Reggae and World Music International festival today at the Hockey Pitch of the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos.

As part of the activities for the annual festival, selected artistes, including Nkulee Dube from South Africa; Tuface Idibia; Patoranking; Red Fadh from Ghana; Majek Fashek; Orishafemi; Seyi Shay; Presh; Victor Essiet and El Jay from the United States are to participate.

Top Fuji lords, Alabi Pasuma and Sule Alao Malaika, are also on the bill to add fun and razzmatazz to the festival.Essiet, who initiated the festival, recently said the concert has come to stay in Africa.

“We are glad to have brought refreshingly new sound in the reggae music industry across Africa through Africa Meets Reggae Concert. “Each edition promises to offer something revitalising to the fans and we are promising that this year’s edition would even be more awesome.”The festival has been celebrated annually in countries across Europe, Americas, Caribbe
