Paris Hilton Apologizes To Mom With A Chanel Bag Over Her “secret baby”
Paris Hilton, the media personality and businesswoman shared the news of the arrival of her baby boy on Instagram early this year.
She shared a picture of her hands wrapped around the baby’s hands with the caption, “You are already loved beyond words”.
It was reported later that the baby was born via a surrogate source.
While this beautiful news was shared with the whole world months ago, it turns out that Paris’s mom, Kathy Hilton, had no clue whatsoever about her daughter’s birth plan and surrogacy journey.
The socialite, model and actress, recently opened up in an interview with Rolling Stone about keeping her decision to use a surrogate and the news of her son, Phoenix Barron Hilton-Reum, a total secret from every significant person in her life, including her mother.
The only exception to this was her husband, Carter Reum, an entrepreneur and author. She also revealed how she softened the blow and we are beyond fascinated.
“I was like, if I give her Chanel first, maybe she won’t be so upset that I didn’t tell her about this.” said Paris in her interview with Rolling Stone.
Paris explained in detail the moment her mother, Kathy Hilton, met her grandson for the first time. Also confessing to having tried to ease the moment by gifting her mom a blue Chanel bag.
“I was holding the baby on my shoulder with a blanket over him, and then I just sat down. She’s like, ‘What is that?’ And I was like, ‘A baby … meet your grandson.’ She’s like, ‘Is this yours?’ And she starts crying. She’s like, ‘Let me hold him. He’s the most beautiful baby I’ve ever seen in my life. Oh, he’s so beautiful.’ She was just in tears.”
