Orange Culture SS17 Set To Show At The London Collections Men
If you love menswear as much as I do, and you are a strong advocate for Nigerian fashion brands making a mark globally, then you’ll definitely be excited that the Orange Culture SS17 Collection will be showing live at the London Collections Men 2016.
Orange Culture is a contemporary Nigerian menswear brand created by designer, Adebayo Oke-lawal in 2011. Working with traditional tailoring techniques and influenced by the culture of his surroundings, he describes the brand as ‘a movement rather than just a clothing line’. His collections have gained the interest of the heads behind LVMH Prize earning him a nomination for the award, as well as an invitation from GQ Italia to present at Pitti Uomo in Florence. Interest from BoF and Vogue have since followed, both placing Orange Culture in their ‘Ones to Watch’ features.
Due to feature for the first time at the LCM Designer Showrooms, you are warmly invited to preview the Orange Culture SS17 Menswear Collection and this is proudly supported by Nigerian Export Promotion Council and Lagos Fashion and Design Week.
