As entertainment and sports continue to draw massive crowds worldwide, sometimes even the showmakers become spectators. Several Super Eagles stars made an appearance at the sold-out concert by Afrobeat singer Asake in London.

Among those present were Brentford midfielder Frank Onyeka, Nottingham Forest’s forwards Emmanuel Dennis and Taiwo Awoniyi, Fulham’s defender Calvin Bassey, and Nantes winger Moses Simon. They all flew in from France to witness the jam-packed event at the iconic O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom, accompanied by renowned FA-licensed football intermediary and brand expert Drew Uyi.

In the current landscape, Nigerian music acts have the power to sell out tickets for performances anywhere in the world, just as easily as selling ice cream on a sunny day. Their shows are sure to be a hit, featuring five-star performances.

Drew Uyi consistently supports Nigerian artists and entertainers globally. In June 2023, he attended Burna Boy’s show at the West Ham Stadium in London, where history was made as the international Afrobeat artist became the first solo singer to sell out a UK stadium with a capacity of 20,000.

In August, Drew Uyi attended Flavour’s show in Koko, London, featuring performances by artists like Phyno, MI Ibaga, and Larry Gaga. Notably, he also didn’t miss Davido’s Timeless concert in London earlier this year.

The FA-licensed agent and brand expert maintains a close connection with Nigerian sports personalities and celebrities. Sharing moments from Asake’s highly publicized event, Drew Uyi gave his Instagram followers a glimpse of the spectacular show. He posted videos and pictures with the caption: “Incredible show by @asakemusic.”
