Timi Dakolo Breaks Silence Since Court Ruling In Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo’s Favour
The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, on Thursday, November 14, 2019, dismissed the case filed by Busola Dakolo against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA).
Justice Oathman A. Musa, presiding over the case, held that the matter amounts to injustice and an abuse of judicial process adding that “the case is empty and purely sentimental”.
The judgment has however been received with mixed reactions with a lot of people shocked and dismayed at the ruling.
Two days after the ruling and viral reactions on social media, husband of the claimant, Timi Dakolo has broken his silence and commented on the situation.
He tweeted:
To my bewilderment I see how people of influence strive to institutionalize the culture of abuse of women and reinforce the conspiracy of silence. Even with the fourth estate leading the conspiracy and spread of disinformation is a grave concern beyond the cause of action

Also, in another tweet to a news outlet, he states that the ruling by the High Court in Abuja circulating the internet “wasn’t the court’s judgement at all”.
