In response to the query of whether he will appear in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Trevor Noah tactfully responds.

Wakanda Forever, the follow-up to the successful MCU blockbuster Black Panther from 2018, will enter theatres next month. In the first film, Noah played the minor but significant role of Griot, providing his voice for the character. For use in her lab, Shuri (Letitia Wright) developed the AI system Griot.

As T’Challa actor Chadwick Boseman tragically passed on in 2020 and actor Daniel Kaluuya will not be returning as his character of W’Kabi owing to scheduling difficulties, Wakanda Forever will differ significantly from the first Black Panther movie.

To further explore its existing characters, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will take its time, including Wright, Angela Bassett, Lupita Nyong’o, and Danai Gurira all played strong female leads. New characters will be introduced in the MCU sequel, further expanding the universe. These new characters include Dominique Thorne’s portrayal of Riri Williams, aka Ironheart, and Tenoch Huerta’s nemesis Namor the Sub-Mariner.

Ironheart is a relatively recent addition to the Marvel universe as a whole, having made her comic book debut in 2016 as a young lady who creates her replica of Iron Man’s armour.

In a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Noah teased his probable inclusion in the cast of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. First, Noah describes his abhorrence of movie spoilers. Even still, Fallon persists in pressing Noah for one Wakanda Forever spoiler for Black Panther.

Noah replied,” I hate spoilers. So I wouldn’t spoil it even for my friends to let them know that I’m doing a thing. I genuinely don’t. I don’t watch trailers, for instance. I hate trailers. I like getting into the movie not knowing what’s going to happen, what’s coming, not anticipating a single thing. … Have you noticed they’ll put a thing in the trailer that’s not in the movie? And you’ll wait for the whole movie and you’re like ‘heh…where’s the thing?’. . . I enjoy the experience of going to the movie, sitting with my popcorn, not knowing what’s going to happen and then just enjoying it. I want to go for the ride, let’s see what happens.”

Jimmy Fallon asked Noah if he was featured in the anticipated Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
I know you probably won’t tell me now, but are you in the new Black Panther? “Of course you’re not going to tell me, you just explained to me that you don’t like spoilers.”

In response, Noad said, “I’m just saying, you should watch it.”

Noah seems to be following the standard MCU strategy, which frequently involves franchise stars remaining mum about their upcoming appearances. It’s still a little early to announce any surprise cameos because Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is still a little less than a month away.

It is unclear whether Noah will actually appear in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever because Griot’s audio is missing from the teaser. The chances are strong, though; Noah’s response looks to be somewhat in Shuri’s favour, and she will undoubtedly use her AI system frequently given her larger role in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

However, if Griot does appear in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, some people may be curious as to how he would return after hearing Noah’s interview. Griot was mostly employed in Shuri’s lab in the first movie.

But since Ironheart now has a second technical genius, it’s feasible that Griot will be adopted for use by this more recent superhero. Tony Stark, who served as Riri Williams’ model, undoubtedly had his own AI system in the form of JARVIS.

By taking on Griot, Riri would thus continue a distinct MCU legacy and give Noah the chance to act in further Marvel productions. In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Ironheart can possibly continue Iron Man’s legacy in yet another way by utilising her own AI.
