Netherlands and Liverpool captain Virgil Van Dijk has listed music tracks by the Nigerian trio Omah Lay, Asake, and Rema in his top five songs playlists.

Van Dijk disclosed this in a video posted on social media.

He also listed tracks by former American rapper Ma$e and the late Notorious B.I.G. among his best tracks.

Van Dijk picked Omah Lay’s ‘Holy Ghost’ at number one, ‘Feel So Good’ by Ma$e at number two, and the Notorious B.I.G.’s ‘More Money, More Problem’ at number three.

At number four, he listed ‘Lonely At The Top’ by Asake. and rounded off the list with ‘Charm’ by Rema.

Meanwhile, Van Dijk would hope to help Liverpool land their first trophy of the season when they will face Chelsea in the Carabao Cup.

The game comes up on Sunday, 25 February 2024, inside Wembley Stadium.
