Falz has recently dropped another video off his highly acclaimed album “Moral Instruction” and this time it is for his socially conscious track “Hypocrite” which features Demmie Vee.

The video begins with Demmie Vee occupying a public toilet singing the intro verse “People just dey do like say them no dey shit oh” while a crowd of equally pressed neighbors implore him to hurry up.

Then we begin to see one of the major themes of the video which is more or less socio-political as Falz is pictured playing the role of an electoral official about to announce to the public that voting can commence just before the polling unit is overrun by political thugs.

He equally addressed other hot topics like the homosexuality law, domestic violence and abuse, supposedly “religious people” doing despicable things and the inherent problem of social media warriors who only fight for their rights on Twitter and move on to the next trend shortly after, referencing the ENDSARZ hashtag which lost momentum once a date was announced for an actual protest against the senseless killings by members of the Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS).

The video concludes with both Falz and Demmie Vee dressed in all black as though to represent that they are in a constant state of mourning because the loss of innocents is in actuality a daily occurrence.

The Video was shot and directed by Iyobosa Rehoboth (Prodigeezy) and produced by Wande Thomas.
