Former American President, Barack Obama, has mourned the late Tina Turner who passed away last night.

He also joined fans across the world to wish the captivating musician a safe passage to heaven.

Among other notable figures who also mourned the late American singer is current American Vice-President Kamala Harris.

She said, “Tina Turner was a spectacular light whose life was a testament to all those who believe in what can be, unburdened by what has been.

From Nutbush, TN to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, her strength, voice, and signature moves inspired millions. Tina Turner was simply the best”.
