In a bid to help young professionals maximise their potential and learn strategies needed to build successful careers and businesses, the Grow With Renny (GWR) Live Experience, is set to hold on May 1, 2024.

The conference will feature keynote sessions with industry leaders and interactive panel discussions on career, entrepreneurship, friendship, finance and investment. The conference will dive deep into topics relevant to young adults, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities.

Convener, GWR Conference, Morenike Molehin, stated that one of the major highlights of this year’s edition of the conference would be its wholesome and practical approach to setting attendees on the right path to fulfilling ambition and optimising their resources.

“One of the key things that make this edition stand out is our holistic approach to personal growth; from career and entrepreneurship to finance, friendships and faith, we are offering attendees a full toolkit to maximise the current stage of their lives and help prepare them for where they want to be.

“We are also very focused on the practicality of the resources and insights we will be sharing. It’s not just abstract information but valuable insights and strategies that can be applied immediately,” she added.

Molehin, who is also the creative lead of Oak and Teak Interior designing company, revealed that the conference would also provide networking opportunities that can offer vital learning opportunities for participants.

“We have designed the conference to foster a supportive community where attendees can network, learn from each other and create lasting connections. The networking sessions will enable attendees to share experiences, build friendships, find encouragement and connect with a community of young adults on a similar journey,” she explained.

She further noted that GWR would offer attendees valuable support and stay in tune with their progression even after the event.

“This also offers attendees a long-term support system that extends beyond the one-day conference. We have an insightful bi-weekly newsletter that helps us stay in touch with the community and continuously support them on their growth journey,” she said.

For the Lagos edition, Molehin believes that now is the time for young adults to set up a proper foundation for a prosperous future, which the GWR conference is setting the example.
