Art galleries & spaces are usually set up to properly showcase creativity, groom visual artists, connect them to the public (art lovers) & promote their beautiful works. In Nigeria, a young prodigy, Nancy Keshinro has set on this pedestal path to create a delight in the art world with the creation of NK Art Space.

Founded in June 2021 out of the desire to create a platform for artists, artisans and creatives who are in search of a space to exhibit their skills, crafts and competencies (either individually or collectively) to a global audience.

With proper dedication, hard work & the perfect drive, the company has showcased, promoted and traded numerous artworks in Lagos and Paris building their confidence and giving credence to their consistency all in a bid to move forward and achieve set goals while creating milestone impacts.

One such evidence is their contributions to the careers of young students who have dreams of becoming visual artists, artisans and creatives.

Nancy Keshy as she is fondly called has evolved with art & also gotten exposure on a top level due to her travels around the world, she’s tirelessly working to carve a niche for herself in the art world. She describes her art as Modern, Abstract and Contemporary Art with the medium Acrylic on canvas and Strathmore paper.

The Economics graduate of the National Open University, Lagos is a member of the Society of Nigerian Artists (SNA) and Female Artists Association of Nigeria (FEAAN), Lagos.

Tobi Nancy Keshinro holds the top spot as the founder and chief executive officer of NK ART SPACE whose mission is to promote creativity through art exhibitions, learning and growth amongst artists and also to inspire passion and appreciation for arts and cultural heritage as an important element for economic and intellectual development within the society

With set goals such as curating unique exhibitions, promoting artists, revenue generation, cultural contribution and educational outreach coupled with creating employment opportunities for people as well as partnership with other business organizations for economic growth, Nancy Keshinro is on the right path to success. She is expected to float art exhibitions and art pop events in the coming months

Worthy of acknowledgement is her expansion plans to accommodate a wide array of artists, and works & also build a strong art community. She wants to preach about boldness, smartness, strength & other virtues she developed as a teenager when she became creative by starting in the modelling industry at the age of 14.

As someone who has travelled to countries such as Sweden, Spain, France, Netherlands, Dubai, and Italy, it’s expected she brings her wealth of experience from visiting several art galleries & replicates them in hers.

Above all, the vision is solid & NK ART SPACE will be known for its unique mode of operations which will include a space known for its exceptional trustees, staff, programs, collections and visitor amenities.
