Nasarawa state APC threatens errant members

Abdullahi Sule, Nasarawa State governor

All Progressives Congress (APC), Nasarawa State chapter, has warned members against misguided utterances and conducts capable of disparaging the office of the Governor, Abdullahi Sule.

The party gave the warning in a statement signed by its Publicity Secretary, Otaru Douglas, and made available to The Guardian in Lafia.

The statement is titled: “A note of caution to rabble rousers, who go about with degrading statements against the noble office of the executive governor”

It reads: “Elections have since come and gone, any supposed member still harbouring hate and mischief against the policies and programmes of Abdullahi Sule may be declared persona non grata.

“It is politically incorrect for any member of the party, no matter how highly placed, to continue to exhibit disdain and acts capable of denigrating the sanctity of the office of the governor.

“At this critical period where the supremacy and cohesion of the party is non-negotiable, the party will not hesitate to purge itself of such misguided elements, who are hiding under the glory of their former offices to cause strifes within the ranks of the party.”
