THE General Overseer, The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Adejare Adeboye, has commended President Buhari and his vice, Professor Yemi Oshinbajo, for being bold to declare their assets, which is a signal that the present government would be transparent and not tolerate corruption in any form.

He added that this has also sent a signal to every public officeholder in his government to follow suit.

Speaking yesterday at the RCCG headquarters, Throne of Grace, Ebute-Metta, Lagos during the monthly thanksgiving service and prayer organised for firstborns, Adeboye, who spoke through the Special Assistant to the General Overseer, Admin and Personnel, Pastor Johnson Odesola, called on President Buhari as number one citizen in the nation as well as the leader of the biggest country in Africa to hand over his government to God for the nation to enjoy the covenant blessings accruable to leaders of his caliber.
