RIVERS State Governor, Nyesom Wike, says his administration remained focus at making the state the nation’s foremost economy.

The governor, who reiterated the commitment yesterday in Port Harcourt while granting audience to the Archbishop of the Niger Delta Province of the Anglican Church, Archbishop Ignatius Kattey, said his determination to rebuild the state could not be shaken by political uproar in the polity.

Wike noted that he was elected by the people to deliver the dividends of democracy, pointing out that he had remained committed to the goals of development since assuming office.

“Our administration shall never lose focus. We have made promises and we shall keep to the promises,” he assured.
