Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has commended Mr. Jim Ovia, the Chairman of Quantum Petrochemicals Company Limed, for establishing a $1.5 billion methanol plant in Ibeno. Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has commended Mr. Jim Ovia, the Chairman of Quantum Petrochemicals Company Limed, for establishing a $1.5 billion methanol plant in Ibeno.
