‘APC Should Not Act As Bad Losers,’ PDP Stalwart

THE All Progressive Congress (APC) has been urged not to see election as a do-or-die affairs as such attitude would not allow them accept defeat easily.
The Chairman, Board of Trustees of Transformation Initiatives for the Empowerment of Akwa Ibom people Mr. Ephraim Inyang made this observation while speaking with journalists in Uyo.
He called on the APC to emulate President Jonathan who conceded defeat even before the full results were announced.
“If you look across all the states where APC did not win, they are calling for the cancellation of the result.
“It looks like they are bad losers, they want to be only winners, if you look into history, in the last 16 years, they have been losing, so if they have opportunity to win, they should allow peace to reign, any state PDP wins, they want election cancelled.
The truth is, it is in their blood, if they win, nothing is wrong, but if they lose, something is wrong.
“For instance, in Lagos state, the PDP candidate conceded defeat and congratulated the APC candidate who won for peace to reign, so I wish all other APC candidate who lost should do as the PDP candidates are doing,” he said.
