Group Head, Emerging Businesses, Access Bank, Ayodele Olojede, disclosed the opportunities at Cocktails and Business Conversation, an interactive session with Northern region customers of the bank held in Kano.

Olojede explained that the bank is working round the clock ahead of the economic reality to provide solutions to diverse business challenges and offer a network of opportunities that meet customer satisfaction.

The group head emphasised that the bank is passionate not only to build customers’ businesses but also committed to securing their investment by providing business consultants that offer knowledge on how to efficiently manage their enterprise.

She revealed that customers are constantly opened to unhindered doors of products and services that positively change their life and investment.

Olojede reminded us that the institution offers facilities to grow on Small and Medium Scale while mainstreaming financial solutions through other products.

Earlier, the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of the bank, Mr. Victor Etuokwu, declared that apart from providing enabling business opportunities, the bank is championing the financial inclusion policy of the Federal Government by supporting existing and potential customers’ access to credit.

Etuokwu said: “As you know, Access bank is the number one banking institution in Nigeria today and I must say we have reached where we are because we listened to our customers. So my visit to Kano today is to appreciate the place of Kano in the nation’s economy. Kano is a center of commerce and the nerve center of Northern economy, but apart from that, we want to listen, interact and engage with our customers and share with them the things we have in stock for them.

“We pride ourselves in building and supporting customers to achieve success and grow their enterprise. But we can’t do that without engaging with them to understand their pains and until then, we can offer the right credit facilities and the right products to meet their needs. We have listened to our customers and the next thing is to go back to the drawing board to fashion out a strategy to meet their demands.

“Our job is to meet the customer’s satisfaction and that we are committed to doing. We may not be able to meet all their demands, but we would not stop trying because that is the sure way to our own success as well. Our customers are unique with diverse needs. We have enough products to meet all demands and where we don’t have we create it.”
