Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari Thursday met with the leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in London.

Both former governor of Lagos State and a leader of the party Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and former national chairman of the APC, Bisi Akande, met with the president at Abuja House, London, according to a message from the official presidency Twitter account.

Buhari left Nigeria in January for London to “undergo routine medical check-ups” during a short holiday and was expected to resume work on February 6.

But he later extended the vacation on the advice of his doctors, his spokesman, Femi Adesina said.

“President Muhammadu Buhari has written to the National Assembly today, February 5, 2017, informing of his desire to extend his leave in order to complete and receive the results of a series of tests recommended by his doctors,” Adesina said in a statement.

“The President had planned to return to Abuja this (Sunday) evening but was advised to complete the test cycle before returning. The notice has since been dispatched to the Senate President, and Speaker, House of Representatives.

“Mr. President expresses his sincere gratitude to Nigerians for their concern, prayers and kind wishes.”

Buhari’s current visit to London would make it the second time in less than a year he has gone there for medical treatment.

He visited London in June 2016 for treatment to what the presidency described as a persistent inner ear infection, which caused him to pull out of several scheduled engagements. But his latest visit, however, has been dogged by the rumours of his death.

i have never seen anything like this. a president of a country spending a considerable amount of time in another country, while his country is on fire. This is the same president that budgeted billion of naira for a presidency clinic, yet he goes to a foreign country for treatment. Nigeria doesn’t have leader we have selfish criminals

Jesus christ will not bless persecutors of his followers, christians were killed like fowl in Southern Kaduna but it wasn’t worth commenting on by the president, wast worth visiting or taking swift immediate action, will such indifference and bigotory please Jesus? There is no national unity, the notion of Nigeria is a false notion, forced down on us against our will, there is no Justice, equity and fairness among ethnic groups and religions, only selfishness and each president continues to bring such biases, bigotory, selfishness and politics into our nationhood. The appointments of this governemnt is clearly biase and a violation of federal character, action is louder than words.

This photo is as old as Buhari’s campaign for elections…so these people look us in the face and lie this kind of stupid lie to us? They are saying this is when? This picture has been there for almost 2 years if not more…what kind of nonsense is this? There has to be a lie in everything they do!

O’ Yeah a good photo indeed the kind Obasanjo’ll like to be identifies with – speaks for itself folks, but is it what you really need about Nigeria – managing the peoples’s affairs by treachery and or through cajolery, folks? I said to revert to Parliamentary you started with that way you can see all those supposed to be your leaders performing in first hand fashion and not through stealth or proxy and you can assess their capacities and dexterity – think about the barrage of questions thrown to PM. Mrs. Theresa May in the House of Commons Westminster in London, makes her up and doing unlike what you’re doing in Nigeria being managed or directed by Canals and cohorts, now led by Asewaju, Okorocha and Akande! Nigeria is known for her ‘swankiness’ and a show of Agbada and Ashoke – very photogenic/ picturesque and loads of problems social begging for solutions back home not solved! Nigeria – TAKU! TRY MY NEW SOLUTION AND SEE IF THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU NEED TO FIX NIGERIA’s political and so your economic problems! Log onto: http://www.virgo-enterprised.com and tell me what you see all produced single handedly and Nigerian governments are using majority of the ideas incidentally!

The west and north are busy talking about Buhari as if he is the messiah to their ruined economy, society etc. Is he their messiah? This is a person that do not have the capability to do anything about their ruined economy, society etc., nor do his errand slave called Osibanjo. The early they start to look for the messiah that can fix their ruined economy, society etc., will be better for them. As far as eastern region is concerned, any who stand on the way of Republic Of Biafra will be crushed.
