Children’s International School (CIS), Lekki, Lagos recorded another milestone, recently, when it rolled out the drums to celebrate its Senior School Leavers Class of 2017. As educators, who are absolutely student-focused, the event will remain memorable for the school, as it signified the send-forth of another set of prospective global ambassadors.

The occasion held alongside the Senior School Awards ceremony, and it recorded a large turnout of parents, well-wishers and other guests, who came to celebrate with the school leavers and awardees.

The awards cut across all subjects and featured some special categories, including: the ‘Model Student Award,’ which was bestowed on a student from each Year Group and the ‘Head of School Award, ’ which went to only one student. Interestingly, the nominations for these awards centered on the display of the CIS ethos.
