Firm trains managers in new skills

ValueHut Limited, an agile coaching and training consultancy, is organising a training to equip leaders and teams with the skills required to develop highly effective teams.

ValueHut’s primary coach and certified professional trainer, Sam Adesoga, who is expected to lead this year’s in-person professional scrum masterclass workshop, said the class is appropriate for managers, team leads, project managers and persons working in a team.

He said the firm helps organisations transform into networks of effective, self-organising and interdependent teams delivering valuable products and services to their customers.

“At the end of the course, attendees will have the opportunity to sit for the professional scrum master assessment. The training will cover the scrum framework, scrum values, the theory and principles behind scrum, uncertainty and complexity in product delivery, the skills and traits of a scrum master and others,” Adesoga said.
