Group lauds Ambode’s response to security challenges

Christian Conscience Group has commended Lagos State governor, Mr. Akinwumi Ambode for his efforts at securing and reuniting the three female students abducted by gunmen.

Christian Conscience Group has commended Lagos State governor, Mr. Akinwumi Ambode for his efforts at securing and reuniting the three female students abducted by gunmen from Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary, lkorodu with their families.

Also commending all the security agencies for their proactive initiative that led to the release of the students, the organisation called for more cooperation and intelligence sharing among the security agencies.

In a release jointly signed by its national chairman, chief Enoch Ajiboso and the publicity secretary, Tunji Oguntuase, the group applauded the governor for providing modern equipment to the various security agencies to fight crime in the state.

“Lagos State government has not only committed huge financial resources to provide the state-of-the-art equipment to fight crime, but has also provided the right leadership needed to ensure that the equipment are adequately put to use.”
