The Management of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has commended the laudable conduct of one of its officers, Officer Muibi Ademola (Bravo 27), for refusing a ₦20,000 monetary offer from a motorist at the Ago–Ibiwoye axis of Okota, Lagos.
Motorists had drawn Ademola’s attention to a developing traffic congestion within the Ago–Ibiwoye corridor. He proceeded to the location and restored order and fluidity of movement within a short span.
Overwhelmed by the officer’s prompt response and efficiency, the motorist reportedly offered him a monetary token of ₦20,000 in appreciation.
