Bank staff visit victims of tanker explosion in Jigawa, donate relief items

Regional Sales Manager, Access Bank, Kano II region, Mr Chigozie Ugwo, during a visit to one of the survivors of the Jigawa petrol tanker explosion at a hospital in Dutse.As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, Access Bank Plc’s Kano II Region staff visited Rasheed Shekoni Teaching Hospital in Dutse, Jigawa State, to empathise with victims of the recent petrol tanker explosion in Majia community, Taura Local Council.
The delegation, led by the bank’s Regional Sales Manager, Mr Chigozie Ugwo, included senior staff members from the Dutse Branch. They presented cash and gift items to the surviving victims of the tragic incident.
During the visit, the delegation encouraged the victims to remain hopeful for a full recovery and expressed appreciation to the hospital’s medical personnel for their dedication to treating the injured.
