Primetech Design and Engineering Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, has enhanced its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts by donating books, study materials, mosquito nets, and renovating classrooms at LEA Primary School, Karmo, Sabo II, Anguwan Hausawa, Abuja.

The school’s head teacher, Mr Jonathan Auta, and his assistant, Mrs Victoria Hassan Jonathan, expressed gratitude during the handover ceremony, praising Primetech for its support.

“We appreciate your generosity and effort to improve our school,” they said, adding prayers for the company’s continued success.

Pupil Caleb also thanked Primetech on behalf of the students, acknowledging the classroom renovations and wishing the team safe travels.

Speaking at the event, Julius Berger’s Head of Corporate Communication, James Agama, commended the teachers for their dedication.

“It is inspiring to see 23 teachers managing such a large number of children. We hope this renovated environment will further enhance the children’s learning experience,” he said. Agama also expressed optimism that some of the pupils might one day join Julius Berger as engineers.

Primetech’s Technical Adviser, Markus Klotz, congratulated the pupils on the new facilities, while Finance Manager Mustapha Abubakar delivered a career talk, encouraging the children to consider engineering as a career path. “Studying engineering boosts morale and promotes academic excellence,” he noted.

An architect with Primetech, Oluwateniola Sonuga, urged the pupils to study hard to achieve their dreams.

Abubakar highlighted the company’s CSR commitment, describing it as a way of giving back to the community. “We are here to show love and foster a sense of belonging,” he said, adding that the renovation and gifts underscore Primetech’s dedication to societal development
