Nasarawa LGA chairman appoints 60 aides
The Chairman of Nasarawa Local Government Area in Kano State, Yusuf Imam, popularly known as ‘Ogan Boye’ has approved the appointment of 60 new aides in various capacities within the local government.
This was disclosed in an official letter signed by the local government secretary, Ado Muhd Hotoro.
Hotoro noted that the appointments align with the chairman’s efforts to promote and develop the local government.
He claimed that the appointments were made on merit, dedication, honesty, and commitment.
“Sequel to the efforts of the Honourable Chairman of Nassarawa Local Government to promote and develop the local government area, I wish to convey the approval for the appointment of the following prominent individuals to various roles across different fields and professions,” the letter reads.
The newly appointed aides include 18 Special Reporters who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of various departments, markets, and primary healthcare centres within the local government.
The appointments also include eight Director Generals, a Chief Protocol Officer, a Principal Personnel Secretary, an Executive Assistant, and Chief Details Affairs I and II, among other roles.
