THREE days to mark one-year anniversary of the day the Chibok girls were abducted by Boko haram sects; Nigeria troop has recaptured more towns in Borno State yesterday.

At least no fewer than 200 Nigerian girls were abducted by Boko Haram since 362 days ago without any success to rescue them.

In furtherance of her effort to capture Sambisa forest, Nigerian troops of 3 and 7 Divisions of the Nigerian Army has recaptured Bita, Izge Yamteke and Uba towns in Askira Uba and Damboa local council areas of Borno State.

According to a statement issued and made available to the Guardian by Acting Director, Army Public relations, Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman a soldier paid the supreme price while 10 others sustained various degrees of injury during the encounter.

Supported by the Nigerian Air Force in the battle, Nigerian Troops sent many terrorists packing from their captured towns and also recovered various types of ammunition.
